What you need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and engineering on the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrated experience standing up new ServiceNow instances or leading instance-level builds and migrations
- Strong scripting ability (server-side and client-side JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes)
- Experience with MID Server installation and configuration, and with platform integrations using REST/SOAP web services
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Familiarity with federal security and compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, STIGs)
Nice to have
- Prior experience in federal or defense contracting environments, particularly in classified, air-gapped, or otherwise isolated networks
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) or a CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, ITOM, or Discovery
- Experience with release coordination, version control, environment management, and automated testing strategies, including the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Experience supporting Windows Server implementation, upgrades, and integrations as required by the environment
