What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Contracts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, subcontracts, procurement, or supplier negotiations
- Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts or federally funded programs
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS flow-downs, source selection, pricing, and supplier documentation requirements
- Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes and negotiating supplier commercial terms
- Experience preparing or administering purchase orders, subcontracts, or supplier agreements

- Experience leading strategic sourcing or subcontracting activities for radar, RF, satellite, or space-related projects
- Hands-on experience with FAR/DFARS flow-downs and ITAR/export controls
- Experience supporting complex subcontracts involving statements of work or negotiated terms
- Familiarity with CPSR expectations and procurement-file reviews
- Experience supporting classified programs or working with suppliers in secure environments
