About this role

As an Onboarding & Employee Experience Analyst I, you will be part of the Employee Experience team, focusing on enhancing the onboarding journey and overall employee experience at Inter. Your daily tasks will include structuring the onboarding process, defining and tracking key performance indicators, conducting leadership onboarding, and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for new employees, including those onboarding in English for the US.
