About this role

The Centralized Services Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and advancement of IT environments, both internal and client-facing. Daily tasks include acting as an escalation point for complex issues, managing user onboarding and offboarding, designing and maintaining infrastructure, and optimizing backup solutions using Veeam. The role also involves scripting for automation, maintaining RMM and MDM platforms, and integrating various MSP tools to enhance operational efficiency.

What you need

Expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud systems, MSP tools, and automation
3+ years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment
Relevant Microsoft certifications
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or similar languages
Expertise in Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, and cloud technologies
Proficiency with RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate) and PSA platforms (ConnectWise Manage)

Nice to have

Networking certifications advantageous
Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer
Experience with database platforms (MSSQL, MySQL)
