What you need

5 years of experience designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions
Proven project execution expertise with a track record of successful implementations
Strong technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems
Strong technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless
Excellent problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have

Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise
Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate
Demonstrable experience in at least two preferred areas of expertise: Hypervisor Setup and Configuration, VMWare ESXi, Nutanix Acropolis, QuickBooks Online, Apple MDM, Citrix ShareFile, Network Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points
