What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills
