What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related engineering field
- 1+ year of relevant engineering experience in equipment support, automation, maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical equipment
- Experience reading technical manuals, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to perform systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with Tecan and/or Hamilton automation platforms
- Experience with liquid handlers, robotic arms, plate handlers, stackers, barcode scanners, sensors, motors, pneumatics, or similar automation components
- Experience supporting equipment preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
- Experience creating troubleshooting guides, maintenance procedures, SOPs, or technical knowledge bases
