What you need

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, owning end-to-end product positioning and launches
  • Product depth strong enough to take a customer call in your product area without a solutions engineer in the room
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability paired with a strategic mind
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth environments, and confident leading conversations with Product, Sales, and Executive teams
  • Solid grasp of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys
  • Deeply curious, data-driven, and motivated by purpose-driven work

Nice to have

  • Experience in nonprofit tech, fintech, or growth-stage startups
  • For Core Markets: vertical marketing experience, especially nonprofit, faith, education, or health and cause-area expertise
  • For Platform & Core Products: technical product marketing experience with platform, API, data, or ML/AI products, and comfort getting up to speed quickly with a mature, market-leading platform

What you get

  • 20 days annual leave + UK bank holidays
  • 5 fully paid sick days per year
  • Private medical insurance (including dental and optical) for you and your family
  • Pension contribution (4% employer match)
  • Home office allowance for equipment and setup
  • $1,500 annual learning & development budget

Worth weighing

  • No specific mention of team size or structure
  • Role involves significant customer interaction, which may be challenging for some
  • Expectations around AI usage may require a learning curve for those unfamiliar with AI tools
