What you need
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 1 – 5 years of experience in manufacturing, material planning, production planning, print production, packaging, prepress, or related operational environments preferred
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, print embellishments, and production operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable learning technical manufacturing concepts and vendor coordination processes
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field is a plus
- Experience with print manufacturing, packaging, foil stamping, UV coating, or related processes is a plus
- Spanish & English proficiency preferred
