About this role

As a Behavior Consultant / BCBA, you will work with school administrators, teachers, and families to create individualized behavioral supports for students. Your responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, designing Behavior Intervention Plans, analyzing behavioral data, and providing coaching to classroom staff. You will also participate in meetings, maintain communication with clinical supervisors, and ensure compliance with educational objectives and ethical standards.
