About this role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work in a center-based setting implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of Clinical Supervisors and BCBAs. Your daily tasks will include collecting data on behavior and skill acquisition, managing learners with challenging behaviors, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring a safe environment. You will also need to acquire and maintain your RBT credential within the first 90 days of employment.
