What you need
- College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Automation, or related technical fields
- 2+ years of hands-on working experience in lithium battery formation and post-process workshop
- Familiarity with Electrolyte Filling, Formation, Degassing, Folding, OCV, and X-Ray inspection equipment
- Ability to perform independent daily maintenance and rapid breakdown diagnosis
- Familiarity with basic servo motion, pneumatic control, precision testing, and machine vision principles
- Ability to understand simple mechanical and electrical drawings

- Rich practical experience in full-process formation equipment maintenance
- Working experience in top-tier new energy or solid-state battery factories
- Familiarity with silicon anode / high-expansion pouch cell formation characteristics
- Experience in pilot line trial production and equipment verification
- Basic understanding of IATF 16949, APQP quality systems
