  • Ability to independently complete equipment daily maintenance and breakdown diagnosis
  • Understanding of basic servo, cylinder, CCD positioning, and pneumatic/hydraulic control principles
  • Capability to read simple mechanical and electrical sketches

  • Rich hands-on experience maintaining full set assembly line equipment covering Notching, Stacking, Welding and Sealing processes
  • Working experience in battery manufacturers with mass production stacking & sealing line maintenance background
  • Practical experience supporting silicon anode / high-expansion electrode pouch cell assembly equipment debugging and maintenance
  • Experience supporting pilot line trial production and equipment transfer from lab to mass workshop
  • Basic knowledge of IATF 16949 workshop site management, PFMEA, and equipment abnormality closed-loop management
