  • Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001, and ISO 9001 quality systems
  • Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD for tooling or fixture concepts
  • Awareness of contract manufacturing models, supplier management, or global operations
