What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR generalist/manager experience
- Direct experience supporting hourly, multi-site, or industrial/operations workforces
- Working knowledge of federal, CA and KY employment law

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
