What you need
- 15+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, EHS, or a combined role
- Deep working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and general environmental compliance standards
- Proven experience managing capital projects, vendor contracts, multi-site budgets, and a multi-location real estate portfolio
- Strong communication skills; ability to influence at the executive level and train frontline teams
- Willingness to travel to multi-site locations as needed
Nice to have
- Certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or similar strongly preferred
- Experience building or scaling a safety/facilities function in a growth-stage or PE-backed company a plus
