What you need
- Experience designing and building embedded Linux-based software applications in C++
- Embedded systems debugging, troubleshooting, and code-testing knowledge using debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, or multi-meters
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for testing automation
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, and good coding practices
- Desire and ability to learn quickly and be part of a world-class team
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, branching, and merge conflict resolution
Nice to have
- Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
- Experience building tailored Linux OS’s (we use Yocto and Bitbake) and administering a Linux environment
- Familiar with DevOps concepts, continuous integration, continuous deployment
- Experience developing secure solutions for embedded electronic RF systems (Radar, Electronic Warfare, Cellular, or other Wireless Technology)
- Experience leading small technical efforts or mentoring juniors engineers is a plus
