What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects
- Experience with consulting engineering or A/E firm as an electrical engineer designing power, lighting, and low voltage systems for Commercial, Educational, Sports, Workplace, or Civic projects
- Experience with BIM, specifically Revit MEP
Nice to have
- Experience designing low voltage systems such as fire alarm, communications, and/or security
- Experience and interest in sustainable building design
- An appreciation and understanding of architectural design and how architects work and think
