What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, reliability engineering, or advanced production environments
- Experience supporting the launch or ramp of production equipment or processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and/or controls systems
- Experience with structured root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., RCCA, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams
Nice to have
- Experience with Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) or other metal additive manufacturing technologies
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or other high-volume precision manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of AS9100, AMS, PPAP, APQP, or equivalent quality systems
- Exposure to equipment reliability engineering, OEE improvement, or preventative maintenance programs
- Experience working with machine sensor data or manufacturing analytics
