What you need
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in inventory control, inventory operations, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory flow, production workflows, inventory tracking, and ERP transaction processing
- Experience monitoring inventory controls through reconciliations, KPIs, scorecards, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to analyze ERP, production, inventory, and operational data using advanced Excel
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience in aerospace, hardware, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments
- Experience building inventory controls, governance, and operational processes within rapidly growing organizations
- Experience supporting accurate inventory tracking during ERP implementations or system migrations
- Experience working in environments requiring significant development of inventory control processes
- Oracle Fusion experience preferred
