What you need
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production web applications or SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)
- Strong programming experience in at least one backend language (Go, Java, Python, or Node.js)
- Experience designing and developing APIs, backend services, and SDKs
- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, asynchronous processing, and scalable system design

- Experience with AI/ML-powered product capabilities (LLM applications, agentic workflows, search, recommendation systems)
- Contributions to reusable component libraries, internal developer tooling, or open-source projects
- Exposure to observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces) and OpenTelemetry
