What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience with EDI transaction types (X12 837D, 270/271, 835, XML, etc.), including production operations
- At least 2 years of people-management or supervisory experience
- Experience owning operational metrics, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong planning, organizational, and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
