What you need
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 15 years of experience in market access, field reimbursement, or site-of-care/account management within specialty pharmaceuticals, cell & gene therapy, or REMS-required products
- Minimum 8 years of people leadership experience, including leading leaders
- Direct experience with buy-and-bill reimbursement models and CMS coding pathways (J-code, G-code, CPT Category I)

- Deep fluency in physician and site reimbursement mechanics
