  • Experience in partner enablement, customer education, learning operations, or training operations
  • Deep expertise working with and for System Integrators (SIs) and ISVs, with a strong grasp of their core operational principles and business models
  • Fluency with AI tools, workflow automation, and analytics platforms used to streamline operations and generate actionable insights
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, including comfort with utilization, forecasting, partner spend, margin thinking, or RevOps-aligned execution
