What you need
- 8–12+ years leading workplace experience, experiential events, or hospitality programs within a fast-growing global tech company
- Strong background in planning and driving large-scale, high-budget corporate events and multi-city experiential events on a global scale
- Demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex logistical operations with concurrent execution timelines
- Deep experience in event production, including technical/AV integration, spatial planning, and high-touch VIP white-glove service
- Great communication skills and the ability to draft robust communications plans for events, programs, and operations
- Proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projects
