What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law, Compliance, or a related field
- Over 12 years of experience in Investigation, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or related fields
- Experience independently conducting and concluding complex investigations related to internal reporting, fraud, compliance, and HR matters
- Experience leading all phases of investigations including planning, interviewing, evidence collection and analysis, and report writing
- Experience deriving investigation results based on review of company systems, transaction data, system logs, HR data, and other relevant information
- Ability to objectively assess facts, evidence reliability, and risks to present balanced conclusions and recommendations

- Experience related to Whistleblower, Fraud Investigation, or Regulatory Reporting
