What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science/Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Law, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in EHS / Fire Safety, compliance, risk management, audit, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of environmental, occupational health & safety, and fire safety regulatory requirements
- Working knowledge of international EHS management frameworks and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance monitoring
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience supporting EHS and Fire Safety compliance programs within large-scale e-commerce or logistics organizations
- Experience conducting regulatory compliance assessments and site audits
- Global or regional compliance program management experience
- Strong influencing skills and ability to partner with senior leadership
