About this role

The CSOC Playbook & Project Leader will be responsible for documenting and improving CSOC response procedures (Playbooks) and supporting the CSOC Manager in ongoing projects. This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement automation of Playbooks using AI and SOAR, as well as managing the current status of Playbooks and generating metrics for automation scope.
