About this role

What you need

  • Experience with Lexical Retrieval, Semantic Retrieval, Embedding-based Retrieval, Hybrid Retrieval, or Learning-to-Rank techniques
  • Understanding of Information Retrieval, Recommendation System, Ranking System, or Personalization in content discovery
  • Experience applying Deep Learning, Foundation Model, LLM, or Generative AI technologies to Search, Recommendation, or Content Discovery problems
  • Experience operating Experimentation Platforms, Online Evaluation, A/B Testing, and Relevance Measurement Frameworks
  • Experience building multilingual content search or recommendation services
