What you need
- At least two years of sanitation experience in food processing, food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, or another regulated environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of GMPs, SSOPs, HACCP, allergen controls, chemical safety, FDA requirements, FSMA, and applicable GFSI standards
- Experience using sanitation chemicals, dispensing systems, foamers, pressure-washing equipment, and commercial cleaning tools
- Demonstrated ability to assign work, train employees, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- At least one year of experience as a sanitation lead, supervisor, or team leader preferred
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with FSQA, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Flexibility & Travel: Ability to travel as needed and provide on-site leadership across multiple shifts
