The CRM Associate – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention at CookUnity will support the CRM team in planning, implementing, and executing marketing communications through email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. This role involves maintaining the CRM marketing calendar, assisting with performance reporting, and facilitating communication between the CRM team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution and analysis.

What you need
- 2+ years of working experience in D2C email marketing
- Experience with building and deploying emails from scratch
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative partners (designers & copywriters)
- Experience operating a CRM platform (i.e, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, etc.)
- Very strong written and verbal skills in English
- Attention to detail, good communication skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on often short deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with Braze platform
- Experience with SMS marketing in a D2C environment
- General understanding of HTML
- General understanding of personalization in CRM
