What you need
- A minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or similar type responsibility.
- Technical competencies and familiarity in NDT procedures with inspection experience preferred.
- The ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions accurately, including reading and interpretation of shop drawings.
- Ability to effectively communicate, motivate team members, and multitask daily.
- Shown a previous ability to successfully pass skill level tests in other trades or disciplines.
- Basic knowledge of computers and standard software programs.

- High school graduate, technical school completion or military or similar experience.
- Aviation maintenance, repair or testing experience.
- Some college level (or similar) courses in areas such as metallurgy, welding engineering, airframe repair and manufacturing processes.
- Previous experience and/or the ability to perform mathematical operations, including working with decimals, fractions, and basic shop math.
- Previous experience or familiarity with measuring gages such as calipers and micrometers.
