About this role
As a Spanish Speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum, helping them develop critical skills in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include following treatment plans, collecting data on client behavior, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe therapy space. You will work closely under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete training and exam within 45 days of employment
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test if not done in the past year
- Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly when necessary
Nice to have
- Experience as a Behavioral Technician or in roles working with children with autism or learning disabilities
- Experience as a Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide
