About this role
As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities will include following individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with caregiver training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Willingness to obtain an annual tuberculosis (TB) test
