About this role
As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide direct care to children with autism in both one-on-one and group settings. Your responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support the development of clients' skills and ensure effective communication with families.
