About this role
As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your daily tasks will include implementing treatment plans, collecting and recording data on client behavior, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete training within 45 days of employment
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test if not done in the past year
- Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly when necessary
