About this role
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your daily tasks will include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and pass the RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance in some cases
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test if not done in the past year
- Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly when necessary
