What you need

  • 12+ years of progressive experience within a Big Four or elite management consulting firm
  • Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector with a track record of leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Process Mining paradigms and experience with enterprise software
  • Comprehensive understanding of modern enterprise stacks (SAP, Oracle, Maximo) and emerging data/AI paradigms
  • Proven capability in client origination, relationship management, and driving account growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, or Industrial preferred), Computer Science, or Information Systems

Nice to have

  • Experience with Celonis is highly advantageous
  • MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred
