What you need
- University Degree or College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, or commitment to obtain it within one year
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator managing Salesforce environments
- Proven experience managing Salesforce environments supporting 100+ users for Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Advanced skills in building custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, reports, and dashboards
