What you need
- At least 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, supply chain, industrial operations or operations consulting, with significant hands-on exposure to the field.
- Strong continuous-improvement expertise and a track record of turning operational diagnoses into implemented, measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quantify business impact in euros, labor hours, capacity, productivity and quality.
- Solid project-management experience across multiple sites or complex cross-functional environments.
- Strong warehouse-floor credibility and a genuine Gemba mindset: you are comfortable observing flows, speaking with operators and leads, and testing solutions in real conditions.
- Able to influence without authority and drive change with site teams, 3PL partners and Product & Tech stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment, contract logistics, retail or FMCG supply chain, or a multi-site industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma methods; certification is a plus.
- Experience working with 3PL partners and running operational governance or performance reviews.
- Experience with WMS products, warehouse automation or mechanization projects.
- Experience partnering with Product and Tech teams on operational tools, specifications, testing and rollout.
