What you need
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar licensure in at least one US jurisdiction
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in utility-scale battery energy storage and solar/hybrid offtake contracting
- Expertise negotiating and executing physical tolls, virtual PPAs, Resource Adequacy and other capacity contracts
- Expertise interpreting and enforcing offtake contracts during project execution and operation
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency

- Experience with master electric trading contracts (EEI), ISDAs, and other hedging structures
- Additional experience supporting utility-scale battery storage development, construction, financing and/or operations
