About this role
As a Transmission Planning Engineer at Aypa Power, you will conduct detailed transmission system modeling and powerflow studies to support the development of energy storage and renewable projects. What you need
- At least 3 years of experience with powerflow analysis tools such as TARA, PSSE, PSLF
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in one or more electric markets (CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, NYISO)
- Working knowledge of NERC planning standards
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to meet tight deadlines
