What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3–6+ years of accounting experience, with GL consolidation experience strongly preferred
- Highly analytical, with strong experience performing flux and variance analysis over the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and elimination processes in a multi-entity environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA preferred
- Experience with consolidation and ERP tools; hands-on experience with OneStream, HFM, or similar consolidation platforms is a plus
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or multi-national environment is a plus
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including FP&A, IT, and International Controllership teams
- Experience with reporting automation tools is a plus
