What you need
- 3+ years experience in Law Enforcement technology
- Deep level understanding of the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) submission requirements
- Ability to influence cross-functionally to achieve results
- Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical and systems-level solutions for enterprise software
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
Nice to have
- Experience with Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR)
- Experience with other Compliance reporting including: Crash, citation, domestic violence, traffic stop data
- Experience with Flat File, XML and/or JSON, the ability to decipher patterns is a plus
