What you need

  • 3+ years experience in Law Enforcement technology
  • Deep level understanding of the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) submission requirements
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical and systems-level solutions for enterprise software
  • Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR)
  • Experience with other Compliance reporting including: Crash, citation, domestic violence, traffic stop data
  • Experience with Flat File, XML and/or JSON, the ability to decipher patterns is a plus
