What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Quality Engineering, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing quality engineering role
- Experience with CAPA, RCA/8D, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA, and validation activities
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (CSSGB/CSSBB) or equivalent experience in process improvement
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 and relevant industry standards
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and statistical analysis software such as Minitab, JMP, or similar
Nice to have
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001 or AS9100
- Internal or external audit experience preferred
