What you need
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Enablement, Product Demonstrations, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Experience delivering software demonstrations within SaaS, Cloud, Data Security, Governance, Collaboration, or Enterprise IT environments
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of modern cloud platforms and enterprise technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, compelling manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience building and maintaining demo environments, proof-of-concept environments, technical labs, or sandbox environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Data Security, Compliance, Governance, or AI solutions
- Experience with scripting, automation, APIs, or cloud environment provisioning
- Background in Presales, Product Marketing, Technical Product Management, Sales Enablement, or Solutions Consulting
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Strategic sales organizations
