What you need
- At least 3 months exemplary performance as a Behavior Therapist with Aspire or at least 12 months exemplary performance as a behavior therapist with another ABA provider
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education) strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- 1 year experience with individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, or other social/behavioral needs
- 1 year experience in implementing and collecting data related to areas such as School-Wide PBS, Tier Plans, Direct Instruction, Precision Teaching, or other behavior analytic measures
- Must have satisfactory background checks
