What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience providing support to individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviors
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Access to reliable transportation
Nice to have
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
- In some locations, a valid US driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance may be required, with at least 3 years of driving experience
