What you need
- 8+ years of construction site management experience
- 3+ years focused on mission-critical, data center, or industrial startup/commissioning environments
- Proven track record coordinating multi-trade, multi-stakeholder job sites through substantial completion, startup, and commissioning to occupancy or RFS
- Working knowledge of data center MEP systems
- Familiarity with commissioning process frameworks
- Strong scheduling acumen
Nice to have
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center construction/startup programs
- Working knowledge of building automation/controls systems
- Existing relationships with major data center GCs, CxA firms, and MEP trade contractors
- PMP, CxA, or CCM certification
- Experience owning or supporting RFS/turnover documentation packages
