About this role

What you need
- 7+ years of hands-on BIM/CAD design and drafting experience in commercial, industrial, or modular/offshore projects
- Deep experience in either CSA (civil, structural, architectural) or MEP (mechanical, electrical, piping) and strong working knowledge of the other
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Ability to build BIM/drawing standards, libraries, templates, title blocks, and naming/layer conventions

- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–20% to project sites, fabrication facilities, and vendor/GC locations worldwide

- Experience standing up design standards, templates, or governance processes for a growing team
- Background collaborating directly with product/hardware engineering teams on new product development
- Autodesk Certified Professional (BIM Management for Building Design or discipline-specific Revit)
